About IBM
Why IBM at RUPP?
IBM offers great opportunities for the exchange student opportunities and persuade the master degrees in partner universities in China.
Last year, 2025, I had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at MJTC in China. It was my first international exchange experience and one of the most memorable moments of my life. During the program, I gained valuable knowledge and developed important skills by adapting to a new environment, experiencing a different culture and lifestyle, and interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. I also had the opportunity to share Cambodian culture with my international friends and professors, helping them learn more about my country and traditions. In addition, I learned about e-commerce and gained insights into how online businesses are built and managed, from business models and digital marketing to customer engagement. This experience broadened my perspective, strengthened my communication skills, adaptability, and confidence, and inspired me to continue pursuing international learning opportunities and to contribute to Cambodia's development in the future.

Last year, 2025, getting the opportunity to study at Minjiang Teacher College as an exchange student was one of the most precious experiences of my life. I not only gained
valuable insights into E-commerce through both theoretical and practical learning,
but also had the chance to apply what I learned by working on a demo website in
class. In addition, sharing experiences with industry experts during company visits
played a vital role in my learning journey. These experiences helped me gain a
deeper understanding of how E-commerce works in the real world.
Beyond academics, I also had the opportunity to experience the daily life of
Chinese students can learn about their rich and beautiful culture. I highly
encourage you to apply for this eye-opening exchange program!.

Last year, in 2025, it was my honor to participate in an exchange program at MJTC. Participating in a 5-week exchange program at a MJTC was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. During the program, I had the opportunity to learn about Chinese culture, traditions, and education systems. At first, I felt nervous because of the language barrier and being far from home, but the teachers and students were very welcoming and friendly. Throughout the five weeks, I attended classes, participated in cultural activities, and visited many interesting places. I also made friends with Chinese students there and improved my communication skills and confidence. This exchange program not only broadened my knowledge but also helped me appreciate cultural diversity and develop valuable life skills. It was an unforgettable journey that gave me wonderful memories.

Last year, in 2025, I participated in an exchange program at MJTC in Fujian, China. During the exchange program, I studied e-commerce, where I learned about online business, digital marketing, and the importance of technology in modern business. I also made many new friends, which improved my communication skills and gave me the opportunity to learn from different perspectives. We learned about each other’s cultures and traditions and shared our experiences of studying as university students. In addition, I enjoyed exchanging cultures by sharing our traditions, daily life, local food, and customs while learning about others' unique cultures. We also visited several tourist attractions, which helped me better understand the local history, culture, and way of life. The exchange program was a valuable and unforgettable experience that expanded my knowledge, strengthened my friendships, increased my cultural awareness, and enhanced my confidence in communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds.
